We warmly welcome Lara as guest speaker to our first Prayer Breakfast here at Sacred Heart.
Jesus, I Trust In You
Lara is a freelance writer living in Jacksonville with her husband and two boys. Trying to find a meaningful way to commemorate her 40th birthday, she spent the year doing corporal and spiritual works of mercy. It was a game-changer in the way God so often is teaching her that mercy isn’t just another fancy word she heard at church, but a fateful encounter that changes lives – most especially your own. Her first book, “Mercy Not More,” will be published next year by Our Sunday Visitor. To learn more please visit her blog, “Mercy Me! I’ve Got Work to Do!” at mercymatters.net.

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO CAME OUT AND SUPPORTED OUR ST. JOE FALL FESTIVAL THIS YEAR! WE ARE GREATLY BLESSED BECAUSE OF YOU!
During all the Masses on August 18 and 19, 2018, Bishop Gregory Parkes has asked that a statement from him be read to the congregation, The statement is in response to tragic instances of clergy sexual abuse that have come to light over the past few weeks.
